OBJECTIVES
Conduct an in-depth assessment of the existing Bus-Based Public Transportation (BBPT) system in Guwahati in terms of operational characteristics and infrastructure parameters at the user end, operator end and authority’s end.
Identify gaps and challenges in the system for users, operators and the authority.
Provide recommendations for improvements based on our findings.
