The discussions will primarily revolve around issues related to cyclists, cycling, pedestrians, road safety, climate and other focus areas of Purvca Foundation. The aim is to broaden the scope of these conversations while ensuring alignment with the organization’s mission and vision. 

Format

The Round Table sessions are structured as formal, in-person discussions held around a table, fostering deeper engagement and productivity. The face-to-face format enables meaningful conversations and collaborative problem-solving. While these sessions will primarily focus on in-person dialogues, we aim to explore alternative formats for online engagement in the future. 

Objectives

1. Fostering Community Connections and Inclusive Participation:
   It aims to bring together individuals and groups from diverse backgrounds, including cyclists, pedestrians, urban planners, policymakers, businesses, educational institutions, and marginalized communities such as non-binary gender groups and differently-abled individuals. By creating a platform for inclusive representation, we aim to strengthen relationships, build trust, and ensure that the solutions address the needs of all segments of society equitably.

2. Facilitating Constructive and Solution-Oriented Dialogue:
   Through guided, in-person discussions, the initiative promotes meaningful exchanges between participants. Instead of solely focusing on identifying problems, the sessions prioritize the development of realistic, actionable, and citizen-centric solutions that can be effectively implemented to improve urban mobility and environmental sustainability.

3. Building a Repository of Actionable Outcomes:
   Each session will culminate in a set of specific recommendations and strategies that address the key challenges discussed. These actionable insights will guide Purvca Foundation’s advocacy efforts, inform ongoing projects, and be shared with local authorities and stakeholders to drive meaningful policy and infrastructural changes.

4. Driving Awareness and Advocacy:
   It serves as an advocacy tool to highlight the importance of sustainable mobility, active transportation, and citizen participation in urban planning. By engaging stakeholders in these sessions, we aim to raise awareness about community-driven solutions and amplify their impact in public and policy discussions.
